Privacy notice

1. Who we are

ANTARIUS IS PTE. LTD. (UEN 200506881D), Singapore ("Antarius", "we", "us") runs the AI front desk. This notice adds to our general privacy notice at antarius-is.com/privacy.

For your leads' messages and details, your agency decides what is collected and why; we process them for you (see the DPA).

2. What we collect

About your team: names, email addresses, mobile numbers, sign-in records, and the MOM licence number of the agency.

About your leads (for your agency): WhatsApp messages, names, phone numbers, and the details the AI asks for, such as the kind of helper and the start date.

Billing: plan, usage and payment records. Card details stay with HitPay; we never see the full card number.

3. Why we use it

To run the service: answer leads, hand them to your team, show your inbox and reports, and bill you.

To keep the service safe: stop abuse, find faults and fix them.

We do not sell personal data. We send AI requests only to model providers that do not keep or train on your leads' data, as our AI gateway (OpenRouter) lists them.

4. Who helps us (sub-processors)

Supabase (database and sign-in, Singapore). Vercel (hosting, Singapore). OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (United States). Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) and, for some agencies, 360dialog (WhatsApp). HitPay (payments, Singapore). Resend (email, United States). Cloudflare (bot check). DigitalOcean (Singapore), only for agencies that use the phone bridge.

5. Sending data overseas

AI replies are made by model providers outside Singapore (mostly the United States). We protect data sent overseas with contracts that give it a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data while your agency uses the service, and delete it within 30 days after you leave, unless the law needs us to keep it longer. Copies in our backups expire within 7 more days.

7. Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA you may ask to see or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent. Leads should ask the agency they wrote to; we help the agency answer.
