Common questions
What counts as an AI reply?
An AI reply is one AI message actually sent to a lead. Staff messages, drafts and your own tests are free.
What happens when replies run out?
We message you when you have used 80% of your monthly replies. When they run out, we add 750 more for S$50 before GST (S$54.50 incl. GST) and carry on, up to a monthly limit you set; you can turn this off. If we cannot add more (it is off, the limit is reached or the card is declined), the AI pauses: new chats go to your team until you add more replies or your next month begins.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Pick another plan on your billing page and it starts at your next billing date; until then you keep your current plan. A yearly plan changes at the end of its paid year. You can cancel there too: your plan runs to the end of what you have paid for, then stops, and your data stays.
Who pays WhatsApp's fees?
You do. WhatsApp's own small message fees are billed to you by Meta.
